At The Mac Store HelpDesk, you can sit down with one of our expert "Macologists" and talk to them about whatever happens to be going on with your computer. During your 15 minute appointment you can show them the problem you are experiencing and work towards a quick and thorough solution.

If it turns out your problem requires more in-depth analysis, you can take the first step towards checking your computer into our service department for one of our Apple Certified Technicians to diagnose and repair, all without having to take a number.

Busy life?

There's no waiting at the Mac Store! If you have a narrow window of time available for computer troubleshooting, you can simply schedule an appointment online with one of our Macologists for the time that best suits you.

Spur of the moment?

Did something just happen and you need it taken care of right away? Did something just occur to you and you want an answer now? We make sure to reserve a portion of our Macologists' time each day for drop in appointments. You may have to wait a few minutes for them to be done with the person ahead of you, but we can fit you in.
